What Not To Do Video

In the previous post I wrote about how Training & Education worked to make the online Selling 101 course realistic, simple, and fun. One of the ways we did this was to include video examples of both what to do and what not to do.  These scenarios were based on real IBO sales pitches videotaped across the country.

thats really good how about some help with what to do and not to do

specific ideas   For instance I have a friend? customer who at 50 just got fired from her job  Oh boy!  She is really mad and scared!   i wish I knew what to do for her. She loves the products > clear guard, makeup,  been to a tina concert.  there a lot of folks like this i bet.  ANY ADVICE  would be greatly appreciated.

This is a really good example video, it has one of those desperation sales kinda thing.  He kinda blows the deal by blowing off the product as "just a thing".  He does sound like telemarketer as well and not a friend to a friend.  Im going to actually be taking a lot of signals from this and "not" use them.  This is a really helpful one!

He doesnt seem to really believe in the product. He also doesn't ever stop talking and listen. How can you find a need if you don't listen.
